Meals & Accomodation
Your ticket cost includes accommodation for your entire stay at the event, as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout the weekend. Rooms are shared and assigned by gender. We welcome room-share preferences and will do our best to support them, though availability means we can’t guarantee every request.
- Arrival and registration is at 17:00 (05:00pm)
- The venue offers free on-site parking for all attendees. Whether you’re arriving by car or sharing a ride with others, you’ll have access to convenient parking throughout the event at no additional cost.
Transport
Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the venue. However, if you encounter any difficulty getting to or from the site, please contact us at focus@gyceurope.org and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Nearby Transport Options
- Road access: The venue is easily reached via the M5 and A449, with plenty of parking available on-site.

- Coach & bus: Regional coach services stop close by; let us know if you require group or accessible travel options and we’ll help explore coach hire.
Transport
Recommended Airport & Arrival:
The most convenient international airport is Birmingham Airport (BHX) — approximately 30–35 miles from the venue near Kidderminster.
Once you arrive:
- You can take a taxi or airport transfer to the venue (approx 1 hour).
- Alternatively, you can take public transport: airport → train/bus → local station → venue.
From Europe by Train
If you are travelling from mainland Europe or arriving via Eurostar rail services into the UK, your likely entry point will be either London St Pancras or another major UK rail hub. From there you can connect via train to Kidderminster and then on to the venue.
While this option may take a little longer, it’s a comfortable alternative if you prefer train travel.
Helpful Tips for International Travel
Please check visa & entry-requirements for the UK well in advance.
If you arrive outside normal hours, or have heavy luggage or special mobility needs, get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to assist you with transport from the airport.
Let us know your arrival time, flight number and preferred transfer method — we can help coordinate shared rides or preferred routes.
Activities
All attendees will take part in Blitz, an energising group activity run by the venue’s trained staff. Blitz is fun, fast-paced, and perfect for bonding with other participants. Best of all, it is fully covered by your ticket cost, so no additional payment is required.

While the programme is centred around worship, sessions, and fellowship, the venue also offers a range of additional activities participants can explore during free time or scheduled activity blocks. These may include:
- Spacious indoor lounges and recreation areas
- Games spaces
- Outdoor fields and open grounds for walks, reflection, and group meet-ups
- Designated areas for quiet time, prayer, or personal devotion
- Forest-edge pathways ideal for nature walks and reflection
